Advertising Compliance & Liability Clause
1. Legal Compliance Representation
Advertiser represents and warrants that all products, services, and content promoted in advertisements comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to Kentucky law. Advertiser assumes full responsibility for the legality of all products advertised.
2. Indemnification
Advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Sandy Area Mugshots News, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, fines, penalties, legal fees, or liabilities arising out of or related to the advertisement, products, or services promoted.
3. Right to Refuse or Remove
Publisher reserves the sole right to reject, modify, suspend, or remove any advertisement at any time if it is determined, in the publisher’s discretion, to pose legal, reputational, or compliance risk.
